wedding invitation

I made these wedding invitations for my daughter when she got married in May. I saw the idea in a cards book or in the joy of cardmaking (I look at so many I can't really tell you where I saw it anymore). I made it in her colors of red and black and the inside is totally my own.

Recipe book

Thsi is a recipe book I made for my daughter when she moved south. I put in a couple of recipes and so did her aunt and grandma. I embellished it with the cricut and laminated the recipe cards with my xyron.

photo book

I decorated this with the cricut...it's a photo book with pockets. It opens tri-fold and closes with a velcro tab.

Baby shower invite

This is the invitation I made for my grand daughters baby shower...I hand wrote the info on the inside. Cuts made with New Arrival cart on Cricut.

Just truckin' along....

This was made with Loads of Love set. The inside reads "thought you could use a little pick-up"
colored with gamsol tech.

This is a card like what I gave to my Mom for Mother's Day. I actually sold this one. The tags are to write a message on and I typed a special message for the center panel.

Mom card

I used lots of different things for this card. The glitter is from Ranger and it is embossing glitter....I love that stuff!!!!

Another Note of Love....

This scalloped circle was made from Mini Monograms. The stamp is from sale-a-bration set, "Lots of Thoughts" and the wheel is SU "Forever Flowers."

Note of Love.....

I made some cards with the SU wild wasabi promo and this one I made into a matchbook card. I used the threading water punch, scalloped circle punch from SU, the flourish is from the "Friendship Blooms" and the Note of Love is from "Lots of Thought" stamp sets from SU sale-a-bration promo.

A thank you card...

ME....

Hi, my name is Sharon. I thought maybe you would like to know a little bit about me.....starting with my blog name. Mrs. Lumpy......sounds funny and took some getting used to, but it's quite simple....my husband got the knickname of Lumpy some years ago. Therefore, I am Mrs. Lumpy!
Quick trip into my personal life: I am the youngest of 9 children. I have six sisters and two brothers whom I adore. My Mom just turned 82 and we lost our Dad to cancer in November of 1994. That was the hardest thing I have ever endured in my life.
I am married (first...and only....time). I got married on my parents 48th wedding anniversary, November 26th. I have been married for 16 years and we have, I think, successfully raised his two children from his first marriage. We have Adam, 24, Trina, 21, and Trina has given us one beautiful grand daughter, Jayde, who will be 1 year old this July. Oh, and I cannot forget my little dog, Riley. He is a 5 year old Maltese and the love of my life!!
I love to scrap and that is how my blog came to be. I want to share my cards and items I have made. I also do some decorative painting.I recently joined Stampin' Up to further my addiction to paper crafts.I really am not going to bore you with many more details....hope you all enjoy this site and my creations!
